Survey and prep

Finish, seal and clean up
All joints received high-quality elastomeric sealant rated for freeze-thaw conditions. We repainted any exposed fascia trim to match the new gutters and removed debris, leaving grounds and gutters clean. A final water test simulated heavy runoff to confirm flow and tightness.
